Bought an item on-line from this shop in Manchester at around 2pm yesterday, lovely bracelet perfect as per discription received in London by tracked Royal Mail delivery this morning at 11am.Nice handwritten note enclosed thanking me for purchasing from a small business.Will definitely buy again from thisJewellers if I want another piece.

I cannot recommend Platts Jewellers enough and will always go to Platts for jewellery for gifts or for myself. The owner always knows exactly what I am looking for even when I don't! I only have to tell her the type of jewellery and who it is for and she will produce a gorgeous perfect piece instantly!. Always service with a smile and really care for customers. 11/10 every time! All the staff and jewellery are fantastic.

My engagement, wedding and eternity rings are all from Platt’s. I’ve recently had a pair of earrings made to match my engagement ring, they are beautiful so I’ve decided to have a necklace made so I have a full set. The help and service I received has been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy jewellery from anywhere else x

Absolutely fantastic shop and the staff are amazing. Had my partners engagement ring made there as she liked 2 different rings they had on stock. So the took what she liked from both rings and made us both very happy.

The ladies in here are so kind, thoughtful and so so helpful. I have used this shop for over 30 years, and never once had a negative experience with anything. They are always happy to help, even if you can't find what you want, just ask and they will always find it. I will be back again soon!

I took my very sorry engagement ring to these lovely ladies to see what could be done with it. The diamond had come out and the claws broken or misshapen. Within the week they rang me to say my ring was ready for collection looking good as new if not better. It looks perfect and I will no doubt be back at Christmas to see what I can treat myself to at their very reasonable prices. Many thanks
