I am 70 years old and my budget is quite small so I could only afford a cheap car. I bought an older Nissan Juke and wasnt expecting much, but when it arrived it looked brand new. I was so pleased, nathan told me to get it checked and put it on a new MOT, It only needed the back break Pads fixing. but Nathan paid for everything. Where do you find companies like this anymore?

To be honest this car company Noya Motors one of my greatest dealerships i have had experience with definetly in my top 3; Nathan and his were so fantastic very professional and honest. I mean have a lot of different cars including sporting but interms of the mechanical side and how the car runs. Well boy did they do a good job of keeping the car clean and well.Dont take my word for this Car dealership, i will say take your chances with them and you will see what i mean. especially since now days theres so many dealership scammers. Noya motors are 100% not part of it.i just hope they can keep up this great work and company, i hope to get more cars from them hopefully in the future and would recommend them to family and friends looking for a quality car and great customer services.Thank you very much Noya Motors.

I had a great experience with Noya motor group. I wanted to say a special thanks to Nathan for making the experience so pleasant. I would also like to thank jordy. Upon having some issues with the vehicle purchased they were very fast to help me out with my vehicle. They were quick, efficient, and the customer service was exceptional. Jordy went above and beyond to sort me a courtesy car, get the fault diagnosed and fixed. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, which was free of charge. Many thanks.

The company that you cannot trust. Couple of days ago, I was searching to buy a good condition used car. I found a Lexus CT200 in Noya Motor Group with price of £19,899. I called them to ask about the condition of the car as I'm living in London and takes me almost 2 hours to go to their branch and see the car. I asked them if the car had any accident or having any damage or being painted or in any CAT category, they said: NO, car is on GREAT condition and if I want to reserve the car, I have to pay £300 for them to keep it for me and take it out of market. I paid £300 over the phone and booked an appointment. It took me and my family 3 hours to reach there due to the car accident on motorway (A1). Anyway we reached to their brand and I saw the car before I go to their office. OMG, all over the car had big scratches. Back of the car, both front doors, front driver fender, back bumper all of them have been painted awfully. I was super shocked. After speaking to the sales man there, he said he didn't know about these scratches or why the car being painted under worst condition. He called his manager to arrange some discount for us and he came back with £250 discount. I offered £19,000 to buy the car cash, he called his manager again and he said my manager said the best price we can offer is £19,500 and if customer wants less than that don't bother me and don't call me. Because of this rude behaviour and comment from the line manager we kept out offer on £19,000 and they refused which I'm super happy for not buying that car because if they are lying about the condition of the car which I can see, simply they can lie about the engine and the other part. Not recommend them at all

Just picked up my wife’s new car, honestly could not fault the service from the team at Noya.Aidan was incredibly helpful with our part exchange and even offered to broker the vehicle instead so we could earn more than the part exchange value.They have a showroom you could spend hours in looking at the lovely cars and staff that will answer any questions.Only downside was I couldn’t take one of these beauties home with our purchase.5/5 would use again.

We bought a car from Noya Motor Group that had a perfectly clean MOT recently done. A few weeks after buying it, we noticed a couple of issues we wanted to get checked out. Paid £50 for a diagnostic at a garage. We were shocked at what they told us was wrong with the car, one thing being the sump was ROTTEN with a big leak. This starts a long process of trying to get Noya to fix the issues and respond to us. It took less than 24hrs for Noya to “fix” the car. We wanted a report of the work done before we were to pick up the car. A report or invoice should only take 5 minutes right? It takes Noya several days. Our time was wasted because Noya only tried to sealed it even though we showed them the diagnostic saying it was rotten and needed replacing. We took it to a garage immediately after we picked it up and the mechanics hand was covered in oil when he touched the sump and he said the same thing that the other garage said… it’s rotten. We took it straight back to Noya and they said they will replace the sump. They knew this is what needed to be done in the first place. Before we picked up the car again, we wanted a report/invoice of the work done. We had to call Noya every day to get this and go through to their sales line for them to answer the phone, they really don’t care about after sales. This took forever. We were told at one point that the manager has been too busy to do it :) I am so happy to be done with it and that we don’t ever have to deal with Noya again. Everyone I have told about this nightmare has had bad things to say about Noya Motor Group. Good riddance!!
