Exit here offered us a bespoke service of impeccable quality.Sam and Oliver were great listeners, compassionate and flexible in providing us with a perfect service.The ceremony officer provided by Exit here (Gilles) exceeded all our expectations.A wonderful job that will leave us with lasting memories and allow us to mourn in the best possible conditions.

We can’t thank Exit Here enough for all the support care and attention they gave us during the organising of my sisters funeral service, professional at all times and nothing was too much to ask for, they dealt with everything for us including all the after service arrangements, Sam dressed and made my sister look amazing, both Sam and Oliver were very caring and made us feel at ease at such a difficult time, Sam was immaculate on the day of the funeral and everything was coordinated to perfection, Nicola the celebrant they recommended for us was also amazing and did a fantastic reading, we are so happy we used Exit Here and would highly recommend them.Thank you so much Darren

Five glowing stars. From the moment I called on the Sunday our beloved sister took her last breath until the final ceremony of committal. Sam Gage and her wonderful team showed the highest level of respect, sensitivity and professional loving care. There was no hard sell of products and we were able to chose what suited us from where suited us. The support from Sam was exemplary and we gave our sister a bespoke farewell. I cannot express sufficiently well just how wonderful it has been to find the team at Exit Here. From our first meeting Sam and Oliver have been kind, caring, supportive. Endlessly helpful where needed. Consummately professional throughout without ever losing 'the common touch'. It felt almost seamless they way they worked to help us express our wishes and translate them into a Celebration of our beloved Father's life. The Day itself though immensely sad was a perfect Farewell.Thank you so very much.

When my younger brother died I had to arrange for his funeral whilst still grieving. Exit here literally took the whole weight off my shoulders and sorted out a fantastic service.They took on board not only the basics of the cars, flowers, printing booklets, crematorium fees, etc. but also paid all third party costs (cabs, after service bar/reception, live video link/etc.) and left me with just one bill to pay.They also arranged for a marvellous lady to oversee and talk through the service, introducing speakers, music, photographs, etc.And the did all this with care and kindness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the moment we stepped thru the door at Exit Here, we knew that this was the Funeral Directors that we wanted to look after our darling Dad and take care of all our needs for his funeral.The place is bright and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease at such a difficult and stressful time.This was very important to us as we knew that there would be many visits by all of our family to see dad, including younger member of the family. We didn’t want anyone to feel scared or unsure about visiting, and this was just the place that ticked all the boxes and more.Sam and Oliver, they were fab.We couldn’t have asked for more welcoming, understanding, and attentive people, listening to all our stories about our dad and the rest of our loving family.Their hospitality, which included tea , coffee and biscuits, was the best. They went above and beyond to cater for all our needs, and were exceptional with all the planning and organising of everything. Our expectations were far surpassed by a long way.A big thank you also has to go to Barry and his team who took care of the funeral on the day, and Lucy, the celebrant who took the service.It could not have been a more perfect day, albeit a very emotional one.The day started with rain, but as soon as Barry led the hearse into our road, the rain stopped and sun came out. How on earth did you manage that Barry ☺️We had visited other funeral homes locally, but nothing compared on any level.This was the most unhappy and devastating time in our life, after losing our darling mum 23 years ago, and Exit Here made it so special.On behalf of all our family, we would like to say a big Thank You to Sam and Oliver and team, we will be eternally grateful.If we could have given 10 stars we would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We contacted Exit Here because of a recommendation of a friend who had used them recently. From the first contact we had with them, they were very responsive and flexible. The first meeting with them was at 7.30pm one evening after a visit to my late wife's hospice.She passed away 4 days later and the funeral arrangements were quickly put in place for a funeral 8 days after she passed away. As my late wife was French and many of her family attending did not speak English, Exit Here found a French-speaking celebrant to conduct a bi-lingual service. The service was live streamed for those family that could not travel to England to be present in person.The range of coffins and urns available were beautiful and we chose ones that reflected my late wife's personality and taste.Sam organized everything very efficiently and lead the hearse on foot to the end of our road as a mark of respect. She and Oliver were present at the crematorium and ensured everything ran smoothly.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

During what is always a highly sensitive and emotional time, Sam really went above and beyond to be as supportive, helpful, understanding and kind as possible. She made the entire process totally stress free and easy in both the planning stage and on the day of the actual funeral. I really couldn’t be more grateful for finding Exit Here they are truly, truly fantastic!!
