Fantastic service from the team - design and planning was all handled by them, with multiple surveys to make sure everything was good ahead of manufacture - we went from old mid-terrace to full roof off and new roof with rear dormer in 4 days with full support from the operations team. Special thanks go to Danny Lang from the team for overseeing the construction element and Damian for going above and beyond. Would recommend for any future renovations or loft conversions, and building control were really happy with the drawings, calcs and on-site work.

Unfortunately I have been unable to go ahead with my plan to undertake a loft conversion with the help of ecoTrus. It is sadly down to timing. My builder had a sudden gap in his diary and we had to get cracking with one week's notice. We just couldn't get our preferred builder to synchronise with ecoTrus without having to wait another 14 months (and another winter in our dilapidated house) for him, as we had originally planned. So it is with a heavy heart that we will not be using ecoTrus. This time. I cannot speak highly enough of Michelle T who has worked with me and given her time to our plans to this point. Customer service is outstanding. I have also really enjoyed watching the Youtube films of other people having work done with ecoTrus. The ecoTrus idea of using galvanised steels and getting conversions done quickly seems simple yet genius to me. I certainly think anyone wanting a loft conversion where headroom might be limited would be mad to go with a conventional build when you could save both time and significant headroom space by going with ecoTrus. I know that if I want a loft conversion done on a future property, ecoTrus will be the first people I call.

We have a great new space !Our house had great loft conversion potential! We took 12 years to find the right solution, and courage to do it, but now it is finally done and it is great !We saw “Rob in the Roof” youtube videos of the made to measure ecotruss system, which is an elegant affordable solution.Our job was big with c. 5m roof height and required additional preparation, but the eco-truss team were great and cut through the work. Damien, George, Dean and Danny were really skilled, hard working and a pleasure to have at the house.We had daily briefings of the work schedule and achievement. When there were issues we were consulted and involved in the decisions immediately.We worked from home throughout the process and daily life continued as usual. Yes, there was additional background noise but my colleagues on TEAMS said they could not hear it – so not an issue.Now planning the fit out and super excited to start using our new space – thanks to the team for making our dream a reality.

An excellent experience and really pleased with my new loft. Knowledgeable people able to provide advice to help choose the best option, and installed by excellent, helpful, responsive people.

WOW, what can I say, Damian, Adam and Chris, what a fantastic team, from start to finish they were professional, friendly and always went that extra mile. They have converted my roof space using their tried and tested ecotruss system, converting a trussed roof with an area of 4.5m x 7.5m into two storage sections and a room, the two eave storage cuboards are 4.3m x 1.5m and the room is 4.2m x 3.2m, with a height at the ridge of 1.9m, with two Velux windows. From start to finish only took 7 days, I would highly recommend EcoTruss Ltd.

We are delighted with the workmanship, which was superb, in adapting our loft and would highly recommend ecoTrus. Rather than moving to a larger property, we decided to make the most of what we already had by taking on a loft conversion. After doing many hours of research, I settled on Ecotrus due to their detailed videos on YouTube, their unique product/structure and speed at how it goes up, the roof was stripped with the dormer structure built on the second day! From initial contact to aftercare, the team were very knowledgeable and happy to help. With special mention for Mark and George who were with me every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ecotrus and I would certainly use them again on a future property. Thank you Ecotrus!

Brilliant system, makes light work of a big project even the largest of steel parts are fairly easy to put up, we had Craig help with our supply only system he was very helpful and patient with guiding us through assembling the system. Our house is long and narrow so the floor cords were long but still not too bad between us. Feels like a solid structure once installed. Definitely a game changer

Our instalation team finished yesterday and to say we are over the moon is an understatement. Vanessa was our project manager from the start and she responded to my emails swiftly for every enquiry and minor hiccup we had along the way. The design team are super, gave us options, their advice and guidance really helped and supported us get what we wanted. They were also pivotal in dealing with building control on our behalf. We could not have a traditional build dorma as our modern house does not have the required head height so the trus replacment system used by ecotrus allowed us a dorma to rectify our shortage of bedrooms.I was sceptical when I was given a 10 day window for installation of our dorma but they were indeed complete in 10 days! Damian was my point of contact throughout the installation period, his contact and support was very welcome and very good. Damian prevented a major hiccup as we had an issue with the scaffolder we had put in place so Damian used his contacts to gain scaffold, preventing delay in dorma installation. Adam and his team were fantastic installers. We had a different installer on day 1 and our electrician was given instruction which was later changed when he returned - the change in the team was possibly a contributing factor but it has been resolved with our electrician returning. Adam and his team are very hard working. From the time they arrive until they leave the end of the day they were grafting. Hand lifting the steels to the roof appeared impossible but they did this with ease from appearances. We lived at home throughout with 4 children, the team cleared up everyday, our home was respected and the team were always polite and pleasant.We have made our final payment and delighted that in this current crazy world - the payments were as quoted in the very begining.I would highly recommend ecotrus following our experience. The system appears fantastic, it has allowed us the space we needed when we had been told no so many times by traditional builders. Thanks to all the ecotrus team.
