Best dentist I've ever been to, all staff (receptionists and the dentist assistants) have always been perfect aswell. I'm so happy I switched. I have an insurance plan which is great value for money for the amount of work I needed for my teeth. Best decision I made was coming to bupa

The hygienist was thorough with the examination of my teeth, it was the first time I had been with her, so happily will return.

I'm a new patient and a very nervous one at that. I've been made to feel at ease with dentist Chris. Full check over and a plan in place. The practice manager Elaine is so friendly and offered to sit in on my appointment to reassure me knowing how nervous I am.

The dentist and nurse, Ritesh & Mel, made me feel very at ease and was great! They make you feel so relaxed and their dentistry skills are amazing! I had 4 front top veneers and my experience from start to finish was great! I am now so confident with my smile and love my teeth! Thank you for giving me my confidence back and everything you have both done!

Lovely dentist staff are all very friendly warm and welcoming, and I can always get a same day emergency appointment which is very handy

Great dentist that has done a procedure I genuinely couldn't think about as I was so terrified, and I've lived to tell the tale! It's really nice to be treated as a whole person and with such kindness and respect - I definitely found this to be lacking in my last dentist so changing to Bupa Stamford has been such a difference in service. Had to wait 13 months for my appointment today (booking was made in Nov 2022).Went into the room after a 20 min wait, lady said “is the emergency to do with the last tooth I saw?”… no - isn’t this a regular check up?… “no” she replied - if you want a check up I can do private for £77.Turns out, 13 months ago, the person who made my booking made a mistake. So when the dentist I was going to see decided to go private, I was not informed.So due to their clerical error, they booked me in to see a private dentist for £30. I was then informed that any further treatment at this practice will have to be private, as there’s no NHS dentist there.I’ve been at this practice since I was born, and have finally been squeezed out. There are no more NHS dentists at this practice.I’ll do this treatment, then go elsewhere. What a shame. Will not be coming back - and do not recommend.

I rescheduled am appointment and the next available appointment was in 9 months time! So I have been over a year without an appointment, and I am certain that this is a common occurrence. As well as the dentist shrugging off any issues, would be better to move
