I have been working with Jo for almost 2 years, and I honestly can not put into words how much she has supported me.Jo has completely changed the way I look at my life, and how I manage every situation that is thrown at me. As much as I still have bad days, or weeks, I am so much more focussed than I was, and I believe in myself so much more.I enjoy life much more and I have learnt to value my time which is so precious to me/us as a family, I have boundaries that I’ve never been able to establish in the past, and I have coping strategies in place for when things go wrong.I could not have done all this without the support from Jo, and I look forward to continuing my work with her and seeing what progress I can make over the next year.

My son Eoin has worked with Jo for 2 years now and during that time I have seen huge improvements with his self awareness, confidence and understanding of his surroundings.I would fully recommend for any developing child with aspirations to succeed.

I have been having mentoring sessions with Jo and now feel more positive about myself and my abilities. My confidence has improved and I am mentally stronger. Really pleased that I have come across this form of training alongside the physical training, feeling a lot happier.
