Improvements being made, charm and nature retained, increasing wildlife variety and numbers, good forest management, and negative issues resulting from the public such as copious amounts of dog mess being highlighted and addressed.

Cliburn Moss Nature Reserve
It's 'just' a small wood. But somehow it has a wonderful tranquil feeling. There's a wide variety of flora and fauna to spot if your lucky. Only downside is the result of a few inconsiderate and lazy dog 'owners' who can't clean up after their pets. Pah.

Lovely, quiet area for a walk. The paths are well kept and there are extensive duck boards to avoid walking in the boggy areas.Visiting for the weekend, my dogs and I had a really nice calming walk here.

We headed out on this walk after it was recommended to us by a local, a stunning woodland. Perfect if your dog stays on the path.. or if you don’t mind soggy dogs!

Very quiet place for a peaceful walk. Easy accessible, large car park. This is one of those places where you can avoid tourists and celebrate beauty of the nature. Path very well maintained so its accessible for all age groups.
