Rileys Sports Bar Worcester

It’s a good venue for sports and pub games, could do with modernising I.e better lighting / decor.Easy to get to on the outskirts of the town centre reasonably priced and the pool tables are in pretty good nick for a mainstream establishment.

Good service, but, they don't look after their serious players. Tables are not serviced properly, ironed, a myth,brushed once a year, no carpet throughout, for over a year now. balls matching hardly several shades of red, dirty balls!!!!

Really nice sports bar. Tables feel a bit pricy at ~£5/30min. However it's all really high quality equipment and relaxing atmosphere

Plenty of good tables, variety of drinks and food. Table time is cheaper and reasonably priced between 12-5:30

Good staff and facilities are quite good. Great deals over school holidays. Mid refurbishment which seems to be a looooobnnggg work in progress. Food is great here too. Definitely on the up!

Snooker tables aren't brushed regularly as far as I could tell. The balls were clean. Typical standard of equipment and playability.At £9 per hour for a snooker table, the prices are extremely expensive without the quality of table to match the price. £7 per hour would be more reasonable and even then, a little on the expensive side (particularly where they require you to become a member before playing). #rileysIf there was another snooker hall I could go to, I would. Unfortunately, Rileys appears to be the only snooker venue in Worcester/close to Malvern.

Come here regularly - Staff always pleasant. A shame they've now banned vaping inside as this was the last place seemingly relaxed on this.Some tables could use refurbishment however and the general interior of the building is very shabby now.£5.99 for an hour of pool is very reasonable.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service that we experienced, when 7 of us visited Riley’s today. Last time my friends had came, one of them paid for a members card, one already had one, and the rest didn’t get told to buy a card as doubles were being played. This in mind we asked if those with memberships could pay and we split up the prices and join them. The woman behind the bar was VILE, unprofessional and rude. She said you can’t have some with memberships and some without, you all need one it’s a members only club. Fair enough if this is the case, we were happy to get memberships there and then, but she then said, I quote ‘well that’s going to take ages.’ So she basically wasn’t interested in making at least £35.00 in memberships (plus playing for the games), because she couldn’t be bothered to wait for us to fill forms out . Despite this she managed to find it in her to pass over the small sheets of paper, we then asked can we use our student disscount as my friend did last time she was there. Some us use uni days, which is a certified university discount app with membership used my many shops and brands. ‘ STUDENT CARDS ONLY’ she snapped. By this point we were pretty drained by her foul attitude, so we said, you know what we will give it a pass. Her next comment was the best, ‘well what you gonna do about your stuff’, she was referring to the food my friend had just spent money on. We all were in so much shock by her that we then left and played pool else where. I have never had customer service like it, just because you may not enjoy your job, it does not give you the right to treat customers like dirt. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Especially as we are such a well manored, respectful group of friends. Never coming back.

A great place for a game of pool but the Worcester club is In need of some refurbishment. Last Tuesday I was at Worcester Rileys and there were a group of teenagers under supervision of adults (wearing identification badges) and the teenagers were throwing balls onto the tables from a great height and also throwing balls onto the floor. It is obvious that the teenagers had behavioural problems and were being taken for a treat by whichever team of adults trying to improve their behavioural issues. This group of teenagers are there every week on a Tuesday and I would like to see them banned in the future. I am a member and do not expect to see such despicable behavor. Your staff should have stepped in and taken control but they just ignored it
