Best city walkDon't realise you are in CheltenhamYou can get from the train station to town centre in 20 minutes. Or, Prince of Wales' stadium in about half an hour.Good play areas for young children along the route. Also, fixed exercise and fitness equipment along the way (station end) Finally, the public / graffiti art under St George's Road is bright & every changing.Only thing to be aware of is the occasional careless lycra cyclist.. It is first and foremost a pedestrian path.If you like dogs, you will see plenty doing their thing.All in all a good walk!

Honeybourne Gate offers a really top-notch retirement apartment not just in terms of ambience and standard of finish but also the facilities provided for residents. The 24/7 extra care provided is a real blessing and the staff excellent. One can enjoy the privacy of one's own apartment but also the camaraderie of others if you want to join in the frequent activities held on site or if you want to eat in the on-site restaurant . The best of both worlds!

I've been dealing with Honeybourne Gate for a few years now regarding promotions of their beautiful homes. It's a marvellous facility and, as is often the case, it's the people who make it so wonderful. While I'm not a resident, I've regularly witnessed the Honeybourne team's caring attitude during my visits and the residents always seem to be smiling too!

Went to a Heritage talk here .Very interesting, its a huge building. Surprisingly quiet, triple glazing.

This retirement complex is elegantly decorated and offers a very large communal space. The apartments are generously proportioned considering some I have looked at. The 24/7 care approach is of a different level and standard than is available at other retirement developments. Strongly worth considering if you feel you need that additional level of support and care in retirement.

Always impressed. Spacious apartments, airy, clean and welcoming. The staff at Honeybourne Gate clearly provide a really supportive and caring environment for the residents. I see smiles all round - a credit to everyone involved.

Beautiful building, great facilities and really kind, welcoming staff

My dad moved to Honeybourne Gate two years ago, following the death of my mum. He had a stroke a number of years ago too so has some care needs. Honeybourne Gate facilities are excellent, with wheelchair accessible apartments, automatic doors, lifts, wide corridors, well scaled rooms, restaurant, cinema, library, bar, gym, pool and beautifully designed common areas including a massive atrium and roof garden with fantastic views. It allows freedom and a community atmosphere second to none. The staff are super friendly, enthusiastic and treat owners with respectful care at all times. I can't imagine a better place to enjoy your twilight years. It is even more than we hoped for and my dad is very content at Honeybourne Gate. Would highly recommend to anyone considering their retirement, before everyone else realises how brilliant it is!
