THIS IS RESPONSE TO A POST THAT WAS REMOVED HERE IT IS Again AND IT ALL CAN BE PROVED! AJ.Any family thinking of going with this absolutely disgracefull profit led company would do well talking to families who have experienced the poor care from this company. I can and will provide evidence of incidents with CQC, social services documentation police log numbers etc which reflect physical, psychological and financial abuse by this company on a vulnerable adult.Complaints made to CQC from more than one family due to poor care have resulted in CQC bringing forward their inspection by several months. Auditing by the commissioners due to the high level of safeguarding investigations raised for different serious issues and also the police being called in to investigate issues such as personal items going missing, which still happened untill a new provider took over. Disgracefull from carers supposedly employed to keep vulnerable people safe.All these are factual incidents which families need to take into account before using this company.IT IS QUITE AMUSING THAT AFTER THIS REVIEW, 9 MEMBERS OF premier STAFF OR THEIR FAMILIES HAVE POSTED REVIEWS.........MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP ON THAT ONE!Reviews from staff who obviously want to show the company in good light are not valid and should be taken for what they are, just staff views only and discounted.The reality is this company has made a vulnerable adult's life a living hell, however they show no remorse or take any responsibility for their poor care.Serious incidents involving the police left unaddressed and unexplained, despite CQC and safeguarding making recommendations to the company. These recommendations contemptuously ignored completely. Poorly trained inexperienced staff used for a complex vulnerable adult despite all requests and recommendations from agencies listed. Some staff were good, but these were few and far between, one found soundly asleep during a shift and couldn't be woken up! One proudly stating he wrestled " his phone back of the vulnerable adult he was there to care for!! AND HE REMAINS EMPLOYED BY premier.....Make your own mind up there!!!!On yet another occasion his fingers were slammed in a door by a different member of staff and videoed...AGAIN NO ACTION TAKEN against the member of staff

Iv been working for PC for a while now and love my job working with people that have challenge behaviours is rewarding and meeting some very special people.You can get some time of but if u book in advance like most companies thay cant have to many people off at the some time.The clients can be challenging but a good daily plan could reduce the risk of an incident.I would recommend this company to anyone.

Before coming to work for Premier Care I did a lot of research. I read previous CQC reports asked a number of Social workers that I had worked with and spoke to former workers. The information I received was that the company are person centred when it comes to supporting vulnerable adults. I have been working here for 3 weeks and have evidenced for myself that company really do care for the people they support.

Premier care is an amazing company, from what I have seen they always put the service users first, I have a service user be really low in life in the past and now they are bursting with pride! All of the staff complete manditory training before meeting any of the service users, and are given further training for more complex needs. A really great company to work for!

Please think twice before using this company as a Care Provider" for a loved one. My son was a "supported living" care user with this company and has recently moved from them following a catalogue of abuse

A service user was highly neglected whilst I worked there and when raising concerns I was bullied and intimidated by staff and managers. Hopefully they learned from the experience. The head of the company tried to intimidate me as well, banging on the table constantly during our meeting, something I never seen before.

I've worked for Premier Care since August last year and have been trained and briefed on all my clients I've worked with. I enjoy it immensely and get a lot of job satisfaction out of it, while challenging at times all my colleagues and Management are there to support you when you need it. If you want to get into the Care Industry this is definitely the place to start.

I’ve been working with this company for quite a while now. It’s an amazing company management are so understanding and will help as much as they can. We help our service users to become individuals and some of them have come so far since being with premier care.

I have worked for premier care for 3 and a half years and I can’t fault it. All the staff Care about the service users and do everything to ensure that their needs are met and their lives are lived to the fullest potential. All our staff are very hardworking and work round the clock to care for and support our service users. We are a very person centred company with service users choice being a priority and all focus on them. Service users are supported within their everyday lives and have amazing opportunities to enjoy activities and holidays. Our staff are dedicated to the role and have the service user as the centre of our attention at all times. Great company to work for and amazing for anyone looking for support for their families or friends.

I have worked in support work and care for 7 years. I moved to premier care now new direction support, 18 months ago. I have never experienced such an amazing support provider. Not only to the service users they support but to their staff. Tracey has always helped and supported her staff to the best of her ability, me included. I've even noticed a positive change in my mental health since changing to this company. I would absolutely recommend working for New Direction Support. I really couldn't see myself anywhere now. Thank you for everything the management team do for us.
