The bartender took my drink, mistaking it for an empty cup, told him and flatly refused that he didn't see it. I wanted him to admit he has wrong. The manager who was there smiled and said he didn't see nothing and it has nothing do with him. I asked him to look at the CCTV and he said no I'm not going to do that. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was it and when I asked to speak to someone above him he said it's him. HeThe way disregarded me and pretended he didn't know what I was talking about was the worst part of it.Apart from that the everyone and everything else was amazing.

Had a date night here with my Fiancée, cocktails & food were amazing but our server, Bony, was OUTSTANDING. So attentive & friendly, always checking in & offering more drinks. She made the night extra special, will definitely be returning & recommending to our friends. Bony is an asset to the restaurant, amazing service 10/10.

We came here at short notice for bottomless brunch.Considering we didn’t have a booking Alex was very accommodating and all staff were friendly and welcoming.The rum punch was absolutely great! The atmosphere was a vibe and would defiantly return.

If you are looking for a fun night out with amazing music, delicious food and gorgeous cocktails all at a reasonable price this is the place for you!We visited the venue for our staff party and all had an amazing time, tapas style food (which I can’t stress enough how amazing it was!) and beautiful cocktails which came in quick and we were never without!Attentive and polite staff, wholesome toilet attendants and friendly security staff! - apologies to the individual who served our table I didn’t get your name but thank you for all you did for us! (See picture for waiter!)Thank you tropix!! D

Been twice now. Once for a private function ( hen do) was brilliant! The staff were amazing!Second time I went for a themed night. BAYWATCH NIGHT as per advertised by their website which is WRONG and has not been updated to reflect the changes.My friend (from out of London so came a long way) and I turned up to the event on time according to our tickets 7pm, to be told by the manager that there is no such event and that this place is a restaurant until 10pm in the evening. We showed her tickets we had paid for and explained the ticket also included a free shot. She explained she couldn’t honour the tickets but we were welcome to have a table to order dinner and drinks.We felt silly dressed in swim wear/party costumes sitting at a table where everyone else was dressed fairly formal for dinner. The manager (Joanne I think her name was) said it would be best to complain to Design My Night and the marketing team who handle the website as she could see we had made an effort by buying an outfit just for this night and that our tickets were legit.No complaints or qualms with the manager she was very polite and respectful. So much so that we in fact went to a gay bar around the corner for a few hours (where you wont ever stick out in whatever your wearing) and returned after 10pm once we had fuelled up on drinks and was brave enough to be amongst the crowd in Tropix with our swimsuits/outfits.The lovely manager saw us and told security to let us in as we had already paid for “a ticket” even though the event we came for wasn’t on. Once in another member of staff immediately recognised what we were here for and admitted he was the one who organised Baywatch Night usually but the event had stopped running about a month ago. He honoured our free shots and applauded us for our outfits and like the manager before him did apologise for the mix up which was nice.We ended up dancing the night away and had a really good night was just a shame the marketing team or whoever manages the website/social media do not communicate with the actual venue.

Came here for the brunch and it was great. The staff are lovely & attentive. Food was decent but the drinks were the star of the show. Very potent cocktails that taste delicious! Great atmosphere with a good DJ & even a fire dance performance. Would definitely recommend.

Good venue and food. 2-4-1 cocktails were tasty and unique selection. Chicken burger and fries were tasty and fresh. Highly recommend the cocktails which are presented in unique glasses and decor. Music was on trendy and party like atmosphere.

Had a bottomless on a Monday for a birthday. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Drinks were delicious and plentiful. I am gluten free and they gave us extra portions for me, meaning the non-gluten free people were able to have the portion I would have had too. Cannot recommend enough
