I needed to drop off a parcel for return via DHL. Jamie and the team were extremely helpful and even kindly helped print out a copy of the waybill I’d forgotten at home! Thanks for all your help and patience, brilliant store.

Terrible! Ordered some paper, VERY grey in colour but NOT made clear on website - would not refund 9 WHOLE UNOPENED REAMS of almost £80 worth as outside their policy for timing (we didn't get round to opening the 1st ream for a few weeks when needed, to discover the terrible quality of the paper). Website refuses to let me leave a review - apparently the email address I am LOGGED IN WITH is not acceptable for a (1 star) review... hmm!! Their customer service has basically been pretty useless. What a waste of time and money! We'll be off elsewhere for our copier needs in future!!

Purchased a bulk load of pens for my daughters school. They had a wishlist on amazon but the cost was still quite high and let's be honest money is tight for all. Went on to rymans online and found a great deal plus a discount code. Ordered as click and collect to the shop. Item arrived in good time and collected. Staff friendly and very helpful.

From the moment of first contact over the phone, the helpful advice on the printing and the patience when amends needed to be sorted the team were brilliant.The printing was stuff for our wedding so in amongst the havoc of organising something so important this part of it was made stress free by the guys.
