After picking up my brand new RS I took it straight to Karl who removed the Dealer's 'showroom finish' and polished it properly. It returned to Kumo Detailing in May of this year for a full detail. I thought I had kept it clean, but no, Karl's attention to detail, his determination to make the car look stunning proved he can detail a car like a boss. Roll on August 12th when I am having it done again.

Decided to give my 7 year old BMW a much overdue clean up and a bit of TLC, Karl has done a great job with the car looking as good as new. All minor scratches and marks have disappeared and even the alloys have cleaned up remarkably well. I am reluctant to allow the kids back into the car.

What can I say? From initial consultation, to the end result...absolutely amazing job!Dropped the car on a Sunday evening to suit my working hours and collected 48hrs later.The car now looks brand new with full interior clean, engine bay detail and the exterior machine polished and then ceramic coated.This guy is very passionate about what he does. Would definitely recommend.

Having experienced the benefits of a Ceramic coating on our other car decided to use Kumo detailing for our new car they were far more competitive on price. Definitely a good decision. Ceramic coat, interior fabric protection and windscreen treatment. What a Superb job looks amazing. Karl is very knowledgeable and helpful. Kumo Detailing - Best money I’ve spent/invested in a long time.Have been considering treating my 8 year old beemer to some form of valet for a while, considered the cheaper options but decided to give it (and myself) a proper treat and opted for the full detailing package with Kumo Detailing. Booking process was seamless, car was dropped off and left overnight for the ceramic coating curing process. Regular ‘before’ and ‘after’ progress photos is a nice touch over the whole process, then I collected what looked like a brand new car throughout. Total professional service by Karl. Would use again/recommend without hesitation.

Great service and attention to detail, Karl worked through my car making sure every gap, opening and crevice was clean and sparking.He even managed to get the swirls out from the previous owner using the car wash for year !!Friendly guy and great value for money, well worth a visit.

I recently had my car valeted by Karl at Kumo and was very happy with the services provided and will definitely use them again.My car was not in the best condition on the inside or outside after neglecting it for some months and when I picked it up it looked brand new. Karl even tidied up the wires for my dash cam which I am massively thankful for.Karl is was very professional and I knew I was leaving my car in safe hands.I will definitely be recommending him for car washing/valeting services to my friends and family. 10/10!

I have a fairly new car, and I thought it's paintwork was good, but thought I'd get a ceramic coating treatment to keep it looking fresh. After Karl worked his magic on it, it looks incredible. He spotted (and removed) marks in the paintwork I hadn't even noticed. His attention to detail is second to none, and he genuinely enjoys getting your car the best it can be.
