I bought my used Focus from Rufus Carr in 2020 and have been very pleased with their services. They do seem to be a smaller company that is more helpful than some of the larger Ford franchises. I previously used Skipton Ford, but they transferred their operations to Keighley, which is too far away and they also seem to be more interested in their other franchises (eg. Kia). So I am happier using Rufus Carr.

Always had a ford and always go to Rufus Carr Ltd for the Service and MOT, very good service and always honest Rufus never carry out any repair work until they have spoken to us via phone call. I have just recently purchased a motability car for one of the pws at work,she is very happy with it. Adrian did a fantastic job as usual always kept us informed as to what was happening and where the car was. Couldn't ask for better salesman than the Rufus Carr team.Had the car in for a problem with the window washer on the front booked in with Simon and the service team did a excellent job as always.

Friendly, helpful staff both over the phone and in person. Problem with the car 12v battery. Replaced with a bigger battery and a software upgrade all under warranty. Happy to recommend.
