Kieren B the engineer who completed the install of the HIHI was excellent from start to finish. Once the hardware was installed he took the time to explain the software and how the new system works. We would highly recommend HIHI to any business looking to upgrade their telephone system.

Had our install completed today by engineer Ian Blake. HiHi phones all set up efficiently. Ian was very helpful throughout the install and was happy to answer any questions that we had.

Tom and Tyler were on site today to facilitate our changeover from our Reach Telecoms service. If I were to condense the experience into a sentence it would be “pay them whatever you need to in order to make sure they don’t leave your company”. From beginning to end the process has been one of the smoothest experiences we’ve ever had with off-site engineers. Not only were they concise with their requests/information, they knew the answer to every question we had (mostly before I’d even asked the question) as you might expect, but also their customer service manner was on point. It felt like they were basically part of the team, it’s that extra detail that makes the world of difference. Cracking pair of chaps!

James Horton (Engineer) - obviously understood the complete system. He was very pleasant and patient teaching us how to use our new telephones. James took his time to show us individually and as a team how the different features/apps worked. It looks so much easier to the BT system we were previously on. Thank you HiHi and James!

Dan & Elliot came and did the 1st Install and from the minute they walked in, were friendly, informative and spent time over what they were doing - I'd like them back for the 2nd Install please!

Today we had Mike in the office to install our new phone system, Mike was extremely helpful and provided first class training for all staff, if anyone had any questions Mike was more than happy to answer.He was also very patient and understanding as we have a busy office that meant sometime he wasn’t able to get into the phones at that giving point.We all really appreciated Mikes time.

This company continually call us, on the premise they spoke to whoever picks up the phone a couple of weeks ago. They pretend some work has been done at the local exchange which makes us eligible for some such service from them. This is a total FABRICATION.If they need to deceive to get new business it's safe to assume the business is untrustworthy and shouldn't be used.
