Had a 20 year old DC drive fail on an old Kearns borer. Due to age of drive no information was available and no cost effective replacement could be found. I searched for someone I felt could repair it and at a fair price and found that place in NPE. Job was assessed and refurb of unit was done. A video was sent to me of drive repaired and under test, I found that very reassuring. Hossein is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable and I have no reservations in using NPE in the future.

The owner fixed the damaged power supply on my air purifier in less than three days. He maintained great communication with me throughout, and the price was very reasonable for the job he completed. Highly recommended!

We had a PSU failure in one of our machines and we couldn't find a replacement as it is no longer manufactured. NPU took the unit and refurbished it and now our machine is good as new! Absolutely great service. Lovely guy too. Many thanks!!

Superb service from Hossein at NPE. He diagnosed and repaired power problem on a QSC Touchmix 8 sound desk which is used by my local church. The speed of turnaround was exceptional. Not only was I tremendously impressed with the service but also by the professionalism and personality of Hossein himself and the organized nature of his workshop, which I had the privilege of seeing up close. Should I need some diagnostic and repair work on something unusual in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to NPE and will highly recommend their services to others.

Auto electrical fixTook in a power supply PCB board out my crafter van as I had a db rear light cluster failure.I was greeted with honest upfront advice. He couldn't be 100% sure on a garrenteed fix given what it was off. However he took 5 minutes to take a look identified what could cause the issue and offered to change the parts out. Which was done very quickly. With advice on further fault finding if I still had issues to rule out other parts.This fixed the issue first shot and saved me a lot of time and money.

Struggling to find a replacement pcb for our Commercial Air Handling unit controller, I found Northern Power Electronics on a google search. After reading their 5 star reviews I decided I had nothing to lose, I mailed in the faulty board and after a quick diagnosis the parts were on order to effect a repair.Now our air handling unit is back up and running, a great price to fix and honestly saved us a fortune. 10/10 service and will definitely use again.

NPE got our commercial coffee machine back up and running after an issue with power supply in our village, which led to circuit board failure. Hussain is a very nice, helpful chap and fixed our machine in a timely way that has enabled us to continue serving hot drinks from our shop. Many thanks.

Had an arcing issue on a fuse board that was in the consumer box fitted in my touring caravan. A new board was priced at nearly £300, but suppy was the problem, quoted at over 12 weeks. Found NPE via Google, checked that they did work for the public and not just industry. Repair was turned around in a week. Excellant service along with a very reasonable repair cost. Very friendly and approachable owner.
