Stayed there for one night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the generator at the back of the building was very disturbing at the night.

Highly recommended. We checked in even after midnight. The service of the front staff gentleman was highly commendable. Quality and cleanliness of the room and toilet are highly satisfactory. It's highly worth it for the price.

Travelled to Wales for a wedding and this was the closest hotel. After arrival, spent 15 minutes waiting in reception for staff as we were presented with a sign saying away from reception

Great to have a proper key to open my room and not an electronic key card (usually play up with me)Basic room, shower was lovely and hot. Few paint splodges on the floor between bathroom, that could easily be rectified, brings the look down to the room. Very very close to starbucks, Aldi and a small service shop, great location for West Wales attractions. Lots of wardrobe space in the room, TV which I didn't use with kettle etc.

A very central hotel with free parking lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Very friendly staff. A big shout out for Adele. Who was very helpful . And nothing was too much trouble.

I am disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotelIt was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival, which is completely unacceptable.We have to ask for soap, we asked them to clean the room while we were exploring the area and they did not do it.The level of noise in the hotel was also disturbing.I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to ensure that future guests do not have to endure such a disappointing and unpleasant stay

A no frills no nonsense budget hotel.Easy to find, easy to park . Helpful, friendly staff . Lovely clean room and bedding. Nice bathroom with shower.Our room seemed recently decorated.Most importantly we had a good night's sleep. It was reasonably quiet.

Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands
On arrival at the travelodge we were aware of a chemical smell. Went to sleep and next morning aware of the smell and we felt quite groggy. We approached the housekeeper and she allowed us to smell her cleaning products. It was not the smell we were smelling. Next night and morning still chemical smell around and waking feeling groggy again. We had to leave our room window open all night to get rid of the smell not very good when it's so cold outside. This needs investigation.

Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands
Bog standard travelodge. Beds were clean and tidy and comfortable. Easy check in and checkout by posting key in box. Plenty of parking. Rooms contain standard items including TV extra pillows and a fan. Bathroom comes with shower and all in one hair and body wash. Location is central and close to petrol station and fast food. Kfc mcdonalds and starbucks. Rooms were quiet so did not get woken up during night.
