Very easy experience setting up my tenancy with them. Very helpful throughout the process as well as having exceptional houses to live in. Any problems that occur get fixed in a matter of days with the amount of care they have for their tenants and their living conditions.

Andy Mattar is a brilliant landlord. The house and facilities are great with everything a student needs. A great location as well. Andy met us on the start of our tenancy state and went through all of the details of the house, tenancy agreements, and gave us a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, any problems with maintenance, billing and rent payments he has been the most helpful and accommodating, with sorting out issues straight away so we did not have to worry. I very much recommend anybody looking for a house to go with Andy and one of his properties :)

Andy has shown a great interest in making sure we had everything we needed from day one of moving in. Any small issues that we picked up along the way were resolved within a matter of days, usually next day. Its been such a comfort to know that Andy is wanting to activitly work with us to make our stay here as happy as possible. Andy is an absolutely lovely, down to earth and honest landlord. This house is in a prime location with free parking outside which was a bonus for when my family visited! Andy was always very attentive when attending to our needs, especially if there were any issues with the house itself. I loved living within walking distance to York St. John and the centre of York. It was a very affordable student house and I enjoyed living there. It felt very LGBT friendly and Andy was always very understanding, particularly at a time when we faced a few issues within the household dynamics. Thank you again for making my final year of uni comfortable.
