Since the first phone call I received, I have been treated with dignity, respect, reassurance and most of all justice! They have made it as straightforward as possible, and have been there for me every step of the process! And have reminded me continuously of what I deserve! I am very happy regarding the service from Accident Direct Claims!They always answer the phone very quickly and are there to help.Before going through with the claim I received Free Advice, at their office, which was very useful and good information as I was not sure on how to deal with my accident.I have also been provided credit hire from them, the vehicle was excellent and things were explained to me with care.Would recommend them to friends and family and definitely will be using them again in the future if I am in need of any help.
