Stay away from this business if u want to come across rude people.Came to one below the lady who works there was super rude to my little son,putting is mouth on the cup of the straw.owners should take notice when they hire people to work.why can't u lot think straight stupid people working at onebelow.Owners should take notice when hiring.Rude lady shouting at my son.and telling us u have to buy that item know when no-one has touched it.Tracey should be fired for being rude toward customers. It won't be long before more people report this.and this gang off rude staff will be told off.

This is a racist company. They only employ their white folks. But they want black people patronising them. Shame on them for not having that diversity of employment atmosphere. Must have been boring. They should change.

Normally got good selection of toy for reasonable price and for that price you know they won't last long but today was new experience. We hadn't got out the store abd the toy was leaking.The friendly and helpful staff and manager organise refund immediately.

I would give 0 stars if I could everytime I visit here, the staff are just off. They see you more a nuisance then a paying customer. Like hello, us shopping pays your wages. Let's speak about 100 rules to enter the shop which is so funny. Please take your money else where perhaps homebargains, much better customer service, products and mostly staff. My last visit consisted of the guy brushing the floor, more like our feet, complaing about customers coming in when there was plenty of time before closing.

This store is no longer One Below with everything below a pound. There are often things more than a pound although you can still get some great bargains here.They're usually well stocked with a variety of goods, I always enjoy coming here to shop and look around, and see what I'll end up buying.This in on the ground floor with an automatic door.

Disgustingly rude staff.Touch something or pick it up and the staff will start shouting and asking you to pay for it. Won't be long before this store will shut down. Owner needs to seriously wake up to this gruesome staff behaviour. Avoide this place at all costs. Complete hysterics and liars. If your kid touches something they will be all over you. Complete and utter shame to see this is happening in 21st century. Woodland people from dark ages had better manners.

I went to this store and the lady working there was so rude ,she was being rude to my son. She was shouting like mad .Why are there rude customer in onebelow the owner should fire a worker called Tracey because she was mean to customers.

So rude, unfriendly staff. My child tried to choose a toy after he said he wanna buy from tkmaxx. A woman who works there shouted in a very bad way and said if you don't want to buy don't touch but how can we buy if we can't touch it?! My child was upset. I don't know where is the manager in all of this!?? I was reading the reviews and I was shocked because we are not the first to have been treated this way. Shame on you rude staff rude workersPlease avoid this bad shop bad stuff

Really friendly staff and some great products for cheap prices.Usually I go to the one in Leeds, didn't realise they had one here until recently. Will be stopping by again.
