I have bought two bikes from john woods cycles and I have had many serviced there!I would not take my bike anywhere else matt in charge consistently goes above and beyond in every way so that when you leave you are very happy with their service! I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received at John Woods cycles. I was visiting from out of town and needed to prepare my bike for a long journey. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to assist me.I left the shop feeling not only grateful for their exceptional service but also knowing my bike was prepped ready to be packed into the bike bag for my long journey back to Vancouver.If this is the service they give to a visitor then the locals are very lucky to have such great service close to home.100/10 would be my score!!! Thank you!

Well what can I say? They fixed my bike and I chose to wait in a local park nature reserve down the road so I was in heaven. Well worked repair, good cost of spares, got everything I needed and I'm off again.Will go there again next time I'm in town.
