This is a lovely shop, has some beautiful jewellery. I came to repair a watch and received excellent customer service and at a low price the watch was repaired on time. Will definitely be back.

This little shop is something rare in London -- family owned, friendly and so helpful. They installed a new watch battery for me in about two minutes, but also did a fiddly bit of repair on a piece of costume jewellery which had great sentimental value to me. They do all sorts of watch work, but also have quite a nice selection of it items for sale. I highly recommend this business!

Two weeks ago I went to Zineey’s Designz to replace broken glass of my Michael Kors watch. The owner is a real gentleman; he gave me right suggestion and charged me very reasonable price compare to other shops in the area. The service was very quick and excellent. I was so impressed by the service and price that I returned next day to replaced leak roof Swiss battery for my other watch, as stated before; I paid half the price compared to our shops. I will highly recommend this shop for unbeatable price and excellent service.

I took my Oakley watch as the battery was flat. It's supposed to be replaced by Oakley who've now discontinued watches. Zineey replaced the battery and also gave me three options for the batteries and recommended the manufacturer approved brand.He did it all in a professional manner and also was professional and approachable throughout it all (i.e. no dark arts and engineers" booking in service and other shenanigans that I have witnessed in more "upmarket" watch repair places).So thank you Zineey - keep doing what you are doing man :)"

I went to take my watch there as my watch provider told me they don't do repairs. It was a simple matter of replacing a battery and it was done on the spot within less than 10 minutes for only 10 pounds. Great and kind service and a great price too, highly recommended!

I’d taken my waterlogged watch to a high street repair place and was told it would cost more than the watch to fix (and the watch wasn’t particularly cheap). The guy in Zineey’s had a look and said he could do it in 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. He was as good as his word. I highly recommend this place.

A little gem in the middle of Ridley Road market. I left a necklace in to get repaired and it was ready in 15mins! Great, friendly service, reasonably priced and super fast! Would definitely recommend.
