I ordered some wheels from these guys online very recently! I was a little uncertain as I hadn't bought from them before and wasn't sure how well the purchase and shipping would go (I tend to be a little nervous about buying from online stores that haven't got tons of reviews) but they sold better skate wheels than I could get on Amazon and offered to deliver far faster.They arrived this morning, well ahead of the estimated delivery date I was expecting and in awesome condition -just in time for my new skates to arrive today! I'm extremely impressed and will absolutely order from them again if and when I need more equipment.10/10 would recommend.

Makes such a difference being able to talk to people who have the knowledge and understanding and can apply that to match a customers needs.Karl kindly spent the time to talk through the best options for my set up/build based on my skating level/ style etc and where I want to take it, and helped put together the perfect build for me!Ordering was a simple process and communication throughout was fantastic from Alison and Karl. I'm from the States and I played competitive roller hockey many moons ago. During that phase, I never made the transition to inline skates. My daughter recently started skating so I thought it'd be fun to have a set of skates myself. The problem I had was that the availability of quad hockey skates are very few and far between nowadays. But, lo and behold, I discovered Oli's. And now I'm a proud owner of a set of their custom Bauer's. Just a great product and fantastic customer service (the international shipping was super easy). 5 stars plus!

Karl and the team here are amazing. If Google would allow me I’d give them 10 stars. Karl was so helpful and knowledgable about everything from start to finish. These are my first pair of Bauers and Karl helped me every single minute detail. From start to finish it took a matter of days. I’m absolutely thrilled with my first Bauers and I won’t go anywhere else for my skate needs. Thanks so much guys

I wanted to get my husband skates as a surprise for his birthday this year. I contacted the shop and Karl customer service was amazing. He guided me to get the right size. He also made sure that the skates arrive before my husband's birthday. The customer service was excellent and exceptional from Kerry, Alison and Oli.
