So disappointed with their irresponsible attitude.About 3~4weeks ago, I had surgery to get my chalazion removed at Clinica London. I had had it for almost one month and it was so hard that it didn’t seem to be gone anytime soon.So I booked an appointment for the consultation and had surgery on the same day.After the surgery, I thoroughly followed all the instruction I was given. I even checked the time when taking medication.However, despite the surgery and treatment I did follow, I am still suffering from it. Actually it has never been gone!I still have it in my lower eyelid.I contacted Clinica London straightaway and explained about my situation.However, they just kept saying I have to pay the follow-up consultation fee to see Miss Olver.Cant believe their irresponsible attitude!I literally wasted a whole month and my money.

Wasn’t really happy with the service. Not experts in severe or chronic dry eye. Felt dismissed and not listened to in the end. Dr has manner of a strict school ma’am. Found another doctor. The younger lady is much better. I guess they specialise more in surgery and other bigger treatments.

Jane was able to book me in the same or next day for an eye problem that was making my life miserable.Just 1 day after a short treatment, my eye healed and hasn't caused me any issues since using some light eye drop treatments to keep the eye protected.She was very reassuring and explained the whole problem and why my eye was causing me so much pain. Can't recommend enough :)

Jane Olver provided an excellent level of care and resolved the issues I had. She took time to understand the problem, took thorough notes, did not try to sell anything unnecessary and showed empathy. Possibly the best doctor I have seen in private medicine.

I currently see Jane and Jennifer for my eyes and dermatology needs respectfully. I've never met two kinder individuals, who take the time the explain everything that is happening/what they are doing to do. They always have my best interests at heart, and make the management of my conditions very simple. Their bedside manner is calming, reassuring, and overall kindness. I am so thankful for these ladies and the incredible practice they have here at Clinica.

Yesterday I received treatment for an issue with my eye by Clinica London. My whole experience from booking a consultation on the phone to the treatment itself was extremely efficient, stress free and an all round pleasant experience. All of the staff at Clinica are very friendly and made feel at ease. I highly recommend you go through Clinica London if you require their services.

I had a chalazian which was impacting my vision at work. Ms Stacey Strong kindly fitted me in at short notice, and took the greatest of care.All the staff at Clinica, from arranging my appointment, to being greeted in a warm friendly environment, and colleagues carrying out pre op checks were very professional at all times.Thoroughly recommended!Thank you.

I've used this clinic for a number of years now for chalazion treatment. Unfortunately the quality of the service has lessened significantly based on my most recent visit (September 2023).Firstly, the booking process was not smooth whatsoever. I called 3 times in one day to try and secure an appointment, each time speaking to a different receptionist, none of whom could properly refer back to my previous enquiry, leaving me to repeat my details again and again. When I finally did secure an appointment, I requested an email confirmation which did not occur, so I had to call again and specify that.Then, after I had everything confirmed by phone and email, I got a call 2 days later saying my appointment could not occur at the specified time. This was truly frustrating as I'd moved my work schedule around to fit the appointment time. I voiced my displeasure at this, and was given a less than cordial response from the receptionist, who finally managed to give me an appointment which was at least close to my original timeslot. I requested an email confirmation once again, which never arrived.On the day of the appointment itself I showed up to the clinic and everything went smoothly at least until I got into the operating room. It is an extremely painful and uncomfortable procedure, and I was not looking forward to it. However I was given a very rushed and impolite beside manner - the consultant actually told me off for wincing in pain as I struggled on the table.I would think for a private clinic charging extremely high amounts of money they would provide a better service. My previous experiences pre-covid were much better for both booking processes, and the operation itself. The overall quality of this clinic has dropped significantly and I doubt I will be returning in the future.

I was about to go on holiday and had a chalazion that was looking angry. I rang up and they fitted me in that day and had it removed. Staff and the consultant Jane Olver were excellent; very professional and couldn't be more helpful.

Had to book an emergency appointment and called in, but the person on the other end was pretty rude and not at all cooperative. It was already a stressful situation and this just made it worse. Hope they can be a bit kinder and more understanding in the future.
