I found the Damp Proofing Solutions team to be completely professional, and kept to the agreed work at agreed times. I did have to wait a few weeks for the job to be carried out, however this is due to their busy schedule of works. When they did enter my home they worked solid, the standard of work was completely professional, they had to order a skip however they ensured the skip left the site on completion of works. Adam the surveyor came on completion of works for a brief handover, I found the whole process leaving me with minimal stress, and I would recommend these individuals to whoever I know. So glad i went with this company! 5 star experience can't fault anything from the survey to the admin to works. Work was done on time to a high standard, clean up after was great and the covering of flooring to prevent damage, they even cleaned the drive area after.All lovely workers, professional and polite. I have given 5 stars because I couldn’t fault any aspect of the operation, both in organisation, communication and the work that John and Ethan carried out for us. I was a little apprehensive before the start of the job because of the nature of the work and how well it would be carried out. Knocking walls around and replastering are always messy jobs, but the two chaps tried their best to minimise dust and mess, and did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwards. The job itself looks expertly done and the plaster on the affected wall is starting to dry out nicely.Hopefully the damp problem we had is now sorted. I would certainly contact DPS for any future work we may have, and would recommend to others.
