Have bought many items from Tom Cross and most recently purchased a suit for my step daughter's wedding which was altered to fit just right. Fantastic service that you simply can't get from a high street chain! Highly recommended for those wanting a more bespoke service!

I realised that the wardrobe fairies had been visiting in the night and tightened my suit to the point that it was never going to fasten.I found Tom through Google (other search engines are available) on the Friday afternoon and told him that I needed a suit for Tuesday the following week.He came to my house on Saturday morning, at the appointed time, with a selection of suits to try (got it right first time too, that's how good his eye is).He adjusted and pinned the jacket and trousers, added brace buttons and sorted me a dress shirt.He then came back to my house on Monday evening as I arrived home from work, made sure it fitted correctly (which it did) and was thoroughly professional throughout the whole transaction.With Tom's family pedigree in tailoring, his attention to detail and the speed in which he managed to make something look good on this old, saggy, flabby body deserves at least a 10-star rating, but I can only give 5

Excellent experience and very professional throughout. I wasn’t sure on the exact style for my work event, but Tom took the time to talk through the various styles and suggested options which may suit me. I ended up with a fantastic tailored suit at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend - nothing was too much trouble.

Came looking for a suit not sure of what i wanted but was helped out by the owner with a lot of various options , atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, left happy with the choices I made I will be returning for more suits in the future.
