Really disappointed with service, when i decided not to have work done they returned the item ( For a fee! ) disassembled, when questioned about it i was told it would cost £150 + VAT to reassemble which i then completed myself in about 10 minutes!Will never use again!

Excellent place if you need machines mending

A Pump/Motor unit that supplies our largest and most time crucial production line failed late on a Friday night. I called Kontroltek at 8.30am on Saturday (24 hour line) and they opened up their premises in Bridgend specifically for me to drop off the motor. By midday it was stripped in their branch in Birmingham ready to be rewound and fully overhauled. If it weren't for an unfortunate seal failure within the unit which suppliers held them up on, they would have had it back to us inside 24 hours. I ended up having it delivered on site Monday afternoon. Given the work and logistics involved, extremely impressive. Also worth noting they were the only one out of 6 companies called to actually answer the 24hr line!! All with brilliant friendly service every step of the way. Can't recommend enough. Thanks.

I couldn't have found a more helpful set of staff if I'd tried. I'm very impressed with them and will certainly be using them again in the future. HIGHLY recommended.

I had an electric motor repaired by Kontroltec I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP as its a working piece of machinery they repaired inside 4 hours & at a very reasonable price they saved the day this company is a great asset to Bridgend 10 out of 10.
