Took an iPhone 11 to get the screen replaced and unfortunately it broke within two weeks as the touch sensitivity of the phone was lost. Upon returning to the shop, we were told it would be a further £90 for a replacement screen, despite initially being quoted less via email. Unimpressed with the customer service and argumentative nature of the staff member, the phone was taken elsewhere for repair where we were informed we had paid over the odds for a poor quality screen. The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and I will not be returning.
