At a time of special need for our family we found the service at Henry Ison & Sons Binley road branch second to none. The service was courteous and professional from the start. The staff were caring and understanding and were happy to guide and help us through a tough and emotional experience( and let us cry when it became too much). Thank you to all but in particular Mrs Green who showed such empathy.

Kind, compassionate and professional service. They took care of everything and were really transparent about costs which compared to other companies were very reasonable, would highly recommend because they took so much of the stress out of a stressful situation. From the start they were professional and respectful and Trish at the Daventry Road branch was so compassionate and caring when my Mum came to see her. I can't speak highly enough of Darren, the funeral director. He was so respectful and he told my Mum everything that was going on, explaining when to follow and where to go at the actual funeral. My Mum said to me afterwards that she felt very safe with Darren and knew that he would tell her exactly what to do with so much respect and dignity. We highly recommend Elizabeth at the Binley Road Office. Elizabeth is very compassionate and caring and went the extra mile to ensure that our dad had the perfect send off that we wished for. She held our hand all the way and made the experience of burying a loved one as painless as possible. My family have used Ison's 3 times now and we would not go anywhere else.

Jeanette was the lady that dealt with me mostly and was excellent, reassuring ,caring and compassionate. Kept in contact every step of the way. However everyone that i spoke to were all first class. Well done !!

I would like to thank you all at Henry Ison & Sons from my wife Nuala and I following the recent passing of my mother in law for the professionalism shown in the organisation of her funeral. You facilitated all of our requests and mum was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.From our initial meeting with Sarah Dean, we were very impressed with the care and service provided. Tom and Peter were wonderful on the day and so considerate throughout. Tom was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly and mum had the send off she deserved.
