Excellent aftersalesPurchases 20 LED panels for our office after 4 years one of the panel failed contacted LED panel store to claim under the 5 year warranty, replacement LED panel was sent out the next day with no quibble and no fuss. Pleasure to deal with a company with honours it warranties without making things difficult.Highly recommend.

2 x 40W 5000k 600mm x 600mm panels and frames. Very quick delivery, superbly packaged, and a good price. Good communication also. Excellent visible quality and so modern looking - makes battens look like relics. Straightforward to fit and a great illumination, which transforms my single garage. Highly recommended.

I ordered and installed panels in my Kitchen in November 2018. They work perfectly. When one LED panel driver failed 18 months later, it was covered under their 3 year warrantee for other components (the panels get a 5 year warrantee). A quick call with name/order number which they confirmed on their computer system and I was told that I should receive a replacement in a few days! This is great service. Replacement driver arrived as promised. Fitted and working.

I bought four 1200x600 panels nearly five years ago. They are excellent and made a huge difference to my working area.About three years ago I had a panel flicker due to a LED driver fail ing. I've seen this with many LED light devices. LED Panel Store replaced it without hesitation under there 5 year guarantee.Today I have two panels flickering and its the drivers again. Called LED Panel Store and there was no debate, replacements in the post same day. David in Customer Service was really helpful and even added a spare incase the fourth goes.

Excellent service from Dave and the team. I’ve ordered several times (and made errors on most) and the team have been super efficient in helping me sort out the issues. We’ve lost screws and they’ve helped us replace quickly too.Super fast delivery and brilliant after sales service. I use their lighting panels for my nail technician and education centre and they’re amazing for lighting up even the darkest of areas. Great products and great service. Definitely recommend all day long!
