Highly recommended, very professional, knowledgeable, hygienic and clean. Such amazing service and excellent treatments, I had a facial and hair stylist sensitive skin I was very impressed with the results!!! Treatments are tailored to your skin type, the full body massage was perfect very relaxed on leaving feeling lighter knowing how to treat my body better, Ritu thank you so much for you outstanding services, you are a gem!!! I know where I need to go next time for my treatments. No need to look else where everything you need is here.

I have done a keratin treatment a month ago and after 1st wash my hairs was not very shiny as it suppose to be. but now it have a wavey hairs as I had it before treatment. feels like I have wasted my money

Excellent service and I have had 6 lazor hair removal sessions on my face and the results have been amazing! Significant reduction in hair growth and it has been pain free. I would highly recommend lazor hair removal at Florence hair and beauty. Fantastic customer service and very professional. Tried and tested.

I had my eyebrows done here in April 2021. It was such a lovely experience. I went there again in May to get my hair cut.Since I’ve been treated good by the owner I went there for my body wax and eyebrows in July. They don’t do loyalty card for eyebrows, however they do have good package deals. Hopefully I will go for a package deal in the future.

I have been going to Ritu from last few years for facials. I feel so relaxed and fresh afterwards.. Her facials are so good.. Ritu is very honest and friendly. She always recommends what you exactly need.. (not unnecessary treatments to make money).. I had tried other places but she is the best for me.. She also does hairstyles for us and we love her work.. thank you Ritu x

I got keratin Hair treatment which turned out really good and eyebrow tint and shaping was done perfectly by Ms Reetu she has done her job very patiently even she had other clients present at the salon she treated all the clients same with good service.Recommend her for all my friends now.Thanks alot Ms.Reetu
