Nicky is a dog whisperer, our puppy Roxy adored her. We were given great tips on settling Roxy into her new home, feeding, treats, play and dealing with challenging behaviours. Thanks Nicky for all your doggy wisdom.

We were first time puppy parents and wanted to get our pup off to the best start and found Nicky- we are so happy we did! The information we've been given is so valuable and practical. Daytime walks have gotten easier, she is paying more attention to us and we are understanding her better, and anytime we go out in public we're told what a well behaved puppy we have. You don't have to look far to see why. You do need to put in the work, it's not magic (though at times it seems like it) but if you listen and practice what you learn, you'll be very glad you did. I strongly recommend Nicky for training your pup (and you.)

I would highly recommend Nicky. She’s really helped me with my anxious little poodle who hated people, dogs and wouldn’t really listen to anything I said, he was so scared of his own shadow. He still dosent like other dogs so much, but is definitely better behaved and listens a lot more and is getting better by the day. He pays attention and does what I ask and dosent play up at the groomers or with company. He was so bad at the groomers he had to be shaved under sedation but now he’s so good they’ve asked him to be a model! Thank you Nicky for helping Noodle to be more confident and happy and teaching me how to be a better and effective owner.

Lovely advice for my anxious puppy.

Nicky gave us some invaluable tips and advice for our cavapoo puppy. She has an instinctive rapport with dogs and her years of experience are clear to see. You are welcomed to contact her at any time outside of your sessions with questions/concerns which is so helpful, especially if you're new to having a pet!

Nicky is a fantastic dog trainer and we cannot recommend her highly enough!It had been 20 years since we’d last owned a puppy and not only have training methods developed and changed in that time, but our expectations of having a puppy were different to how I remembered all those years ago. Nicky put us all at our ease immediately and listened to what we wanted to focus on, and then provided lots of excellent and easy to follow tips and strategies for helping to train our pup.We started with 1 to 1 sessions via video during lockdown in order to spend time getting to know each other and working on the basics and then we embarked on the 6 week puppy classes, which offered the opportunity to socialise our pup with others and to share experiences and tips with others too.Nicky’s training approach works and is fun and easy to follow. We are so happy to have a pup again, and to see her enjoying her walks and socialising with other dogs, while safe in the knowledge that she responds to recall and mixes well with others, just enhances that experience. I have had the pleasure and honour of working with Nicky since I launched my dog walking and home-boarding business, 'Simply Colette's', for the best part of a year now and am quite honestly in awe of what she achieves...She has an ability to communicate with dogs that is truly inspiring, they respond to her like bees to a honey pot!She is quick to work out exactly what is required and communicates effectively with her customers, she listens well and by demonstrating and explaining exactly what is happening, the dogs behaviour is no longer a mystery to them, which is invaluable if owners are to make progress. All her techniques are positive for the dog and absolutely force free...I've seen her in action and my jaw still drops!Her holistic approach doesn't end there, as a Reiki practitioner, she is also able to sense discomfort and set about healing...hands on or remotely. If you've never experienced Reiki before, give her a call...I've personally had the privilege while she was studying and the sense of relaxation through the whole body is incredible...for anxious dogs or dogs in pain, its just another string to her bow that only stands to benefit our furry friends!I feel truly blessed to know such an awesome dog trainer, she has taught me so much :)

Nicky is a wonderful trainer and is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. She also absolutely LOVES dogs which is obviously a big plus!
