The attendants are absolutely rude, no courtesy whatsoever. Today, I was unnecessarily delayed because I told another customer to keep the 2 meter distance and even the customer was not wearing a face mask as legally required.The picture of the attendant is posted.

I've used this place to get my meat ans fish for a few years now and I've never been disappointed by the quality of the products I get. I always find the staff to be friendly and if I want to cater for an event I call ahead of time to order and cut the meat. Although they are a bit more expensive than maybe Queens Market, I believe you get what you pay for.

This place is a scam.I was interested in ordering an akikah. Made the order over the phone and was told to come pick it up to days after. They weren't willing to call or notify me when the meat was ready.I called up 2 days later to see if it was ready, the guys in the butcher shops were extremely confused, I asked them if they even know what name the order was under.I don't think the give the meat that you ordered specifically for the akikah, they just give any meat that's available in the day.Extremely unprofessional and terrible service.

I will never go there again . all Muslim brothers be aware. The security woman was very rude, I came to do my Qurbany . we wanted two sheeps. Qurbany sheep has to be checked and seen before slaughter. they told me on the phone to come. after we drove for two hours to go there they were very rude to us. I asked for owner they said you can’t see the owner. I have been going there for the past 15 years. they wanted to give me the sheep from the fridge. It’s not the Islamic way of doing Qurbany .

Staff was quite rude and impatient, made me wait over an hour to have my meat hand cut. Then the white man he served after me, he hand cut the meat immediately. I'm black so yes that doesn't sit well with me at all. All paying customers should be served the same way. NEVER coming back here.

Response to owners reply:Firstly, you can buy 5 KG of top quality beef from most of the Halal shop for £20 or less. For instance, if you go to Whitechapel Mas Bazar, Haat Bazar etc. you can buy mixed beef 5 KG for £20, anyone can go and verify it. Even in my local Halal shop in Queens Crescent, they sell 5 KG beef for £20.Secondly, you have avoided answering about the size of the meat, you've charged £150 to butcher the meat and bones into small pieces but look at the size of the meat and bones on the picture, do they look small to you? How do you expect us to cut the bones at home? One might be able to cut the meat but bones? Besides, we have paid you for this service so you are obliged to fulfil it but you have not. I've asked you for refund of butchering cost but I have not heard anything back from you yet.Finally, quality of the meat was substandard, we still have the meat in the fridge, we can defrost some and you are welcome to come and inspect the meat yourself. Me, some of my family members and friends placed an order for Cow Qurbani. We've paid £1,680 for a cow including £150 for them to cut the meat into small pieces.I tried to ask them about the size of the cow when placing the order but they've avoided answering the question. After the Qurbani when we collected the meat, we realised there were many things wrong about our order. Firstly, for my portion (1 out of 7 portions) I've got slightly less than 33 KG of meat, bones etc., I've paid £240 for a portion, meaning it costed me around £7.30 per KG of meat, bones etc. I normally buy 5 KG of mixed meat and bones for £20 that's £4 per KG. Thus, they've charged us almost twice as much for the Qurbani compared to what we normally pay at local Halal shop.Although they've charged £150 extra to butcher the meat and bones into small pieces, but they didn't do that, please look at the pictures to get an idea as to how big the meat and bone pieces were.That's not all, quality of the meat was rubbish, meat almost started to rott, they've done the Qurbani on the 2nd day of the Eid and handed the meat to us on the 4th day, and it appears that they have not stored the meat properly. Because of how the meat looked and smelled we could not eat that. We cooked some of it, and rest of it is still in the fridge, we don't know what we are going to do with all these remaining meats.I would like to urge our community to be careful about placing any Qurbani with this company. I'm almost certain you will be disappointed.

After my friend recommended this shop we went there together to buy some meat, we queued for about 10min. My friend was served first, and when I was about to order the gentleman at the counter decided to something else and he pointed to another counter where a lady was serving, I went to her to order and when I asked her she didn’t even respond to me, all she did was point to another group of customers which were still looking around in the shop, probably she wanted me to wait until they decide, at least she could do is explain why.Not the best experience, will never go back there again,Customer service is very poor!!!

The service was excellent, with great help from a frendly staff. Especially Cash, Bela, Silva and Irena, who served us throughout our purchase experience with profesionalism and a frendly smile.Will definitely recomend Bredens Farms anytime.

I WELL NEVER GO THERE AGAINTo all muslim brothers and sisters there no more Qurbani or Aqeeqah for Muslim sacrifice. According to Islam we have to see the sacrificial animal, give it love and respect and choose a healthy animal before slaughter BUT they well not allow that.They just want to sell you one from the fridge. I have been going there for many years. The Eastern European staff are very racist. I was making a manoeuvre and they ran after me to fight me for making a manoeuvre. They need to be educated in understanding other ethnic minorities as well. I wanted to speak to the management, there was a lady who has been taking money for many years. I requested from her to see the management. Her response was the same as others - very rude.
