Clyde Garage

On holiday with my husband in Strone, our car’s driver side headlight blew. I found Clyde garage on google and they were friendly, efficient, and charged us less than it would’ve been at a larger garage. Thanks guys, great service!

Used this garage a couple of times now and they are great. Turns out my last garage hadn’t been servicing the car properly and Chris done a great job putting things right 10/10 and even washed the car before I picked it up.

Easily the best customer service I've received from a garage anywhere in the country. They serviced my car, MOT'd it, fixed a few little issues and even gave it a wash all for the fraction of the price of a larger garage.I really can't rate them highly enough. I'll be back in the future.

It's been over a year now since I first took my car here and I've never thought of going anywhere else. Between Mot's and general wear and tear on my 56 plate Kia, I've been a fair few times and every time the service has been top notch with decent/fair prices to go along side.As long as I'm living in the area, I will always take my car here! I went in to the garage having recently moved to Dunoon to have a faint knocking noise fixed & an MOT for my 65 plate corsa.Initially they could not identify what the problem was as everything seemed okay.I was told about some common issues with the corsa that may be the cause and that they would try to sort it.I got an MOT done and it passed and they also identified the location of the faint knocking sound and it didn't take too long at all.Service was first class and I can't stress that enough.Price was very fair too.I would absolutely recommend and I'll go back when I need a service/ MOT etc in the future.Thank you.

Needed tyres fitted at very short notice. No problem to this garage. Given a wee courtesy car to get me to office and car ready to go when i finished work. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic and helpful service. I broke down when on holiday in Danoon. My car was still under warranty and they liaised direct with the warranty company and managed to turn around my car in 24 hours. Dave was brilliant and kept me constantly informed. Wish I could receive the same service in Manchester.

Our vw transporter had a warning light on while we were on holiday last week and found Clyde garage via google. We were attended to straight away, and booked in the following morning where they diagnosed a faulty sensor connector on the wiring loom and fixed it there and then.Great service by the guys there wish every garage operated in the same way they do!.

Clyde Garage stayed open late on Friday just to repair two punctures for us. With a 450 mile journey ahead this saved us, enabling us to catch a ferry and make the first leg of our journey. The service was swift, friendly and efficient. David explained the problem with the tyre and was able to make a repair near the side wall of the tyre work, saving me from buying a new tyre. I was impressed with the workshop which was well ordered and clean, and by the good value for money - 28 pounds for two punctures repairs, balancing and fitting. We live in London but if I lived locally I would undoubtedly use Clyde Garage to service my car. This is a good business that deserves to thrive. I would recommend it without hesitation.
