Was in there as an away fan for Everton v Luton. Very friendly bar staff that were engaging and enjoyed the craic. There is a chippy and cafe next door that serves into the pub. I didn't use it, but a lot of other patrons did, and they all praised the food and service. It was a very enjoyable day topped off with 3 points!

I visited this pub right after the Anfield Stadium tour . It was during the coronation of King Charles and I have just attended it . It was nice having a pint while enjoying what I had just purchased at the stadium . I needed a pint and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. I’ll be back in April 2024 . Liverpool is worth it . We came here before a tour of Anfield to watch England v Australia in the Women’s World Cup. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They don’t sell food there but they allow you to bring food in from some next door cafes and eat it in the pub. There are expected good options drinks wise. And for midday on a Wednesday, the atmosphere was quite good. I’m sure it’s incredibly popular and convenient on a match day given it’s location. The TV’s are a great size and I loved the Liverpool memorabilia! Sad I cannot visit it as much as I want to as I don’t live in the city. 5 fully deserved stars.
