Had two tyres fitted towards the end of the day.Friendly staff and had the tyres changed in about 20 mins. Also gave me a quick rundown of possible advisories that they spotted.Great service!

Appointment was 08.30. It went in at 08.30 and I was back home by 09.30. Result.

Topped up my AC gas, and can't have performed a leak test first as was far to fast, mechanics have since told me leak test should take an hour or more, they took 35 mins. Morning after, oil leak on drive from compressor, and AC not blowing cold after 5 days, guess all the gas had gone. Also got a vehicle inspection report I didn't request or want with totally fictitious results as I'd just checked tyres pressures on the way to them so I know all pressures were correct. Tried to phone garage numerous time, no answer, said answerphone was full so couldn't leave a message. Emailed Customer services, they were equally as unhelpful, Said I'm not a mechanic so don't know. Take it back to the garage. Have since managed to get hold of them on the phone, not interested, said I must have caused the leak myself after it was gassed. I'll be sending a letter before claim through the small claims courts now. Not just to get my money back, it's more the principle that they're releasing dangerous gasses into the atmosphere evidently without very much training. Environmental Health probably need to know too!

Excellent service from this garage. Staff are very friendly and informative. Good prices and offers on some makes of tyres if you go online to buy them.

Very polite and professional people. Guys have explained everything about the repair and took time to make sure I understood everything. They have even topped up my screenwash! I had my car attended to within half an hour without any booking (can't promise you won't have to wait longer) there was free coffee on tap and chairs were fairly comfy.

Air con worked fine for 5 miles then started blowing hot air... I phoned the ATS office and spoke to a bloke who said when he connected the machine to car to pressure test there shown no leaks or issues so they regassed the car... But not working after 5 miles... He said there's nothing they can do as the machine said it no issues.. but surly the little time it took for it not to work the machine would of picked it up ... What a waste of £94! And they were more concerned over my tires rather than saying anything to do with my air con !

Had my car booked in through the dealership's warranty for squeaking brakes. We picked the car back up but the noise continued so we instantly brought it back and they were more than happy to help! Upon further investigation they found a major issue to the brakes which rendered my car unfit to drive. This has resulted in me getting a refund on my car as I hadn't even owned it 2 weeks! All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with this major issue. Thank you all!

Well it has certainly changed, for the better, over the years. Very friendly, and professional, staff. Extremely Covid compliant, which is great news. Bookings are generally by appointment only during this crisis, but they were able to see to us immediately for the puncture repair.Well done to them for their positive attitude during a very difficult time.

Patronising, condescending attitude from lady at the reception desk. Unhelpful, won’t be returning.
