I give you at Lucciola - 5 stars for responsiveness.We were very short of time to arrange our stay and with not much information, you found a couple of places for us to look into for our short break in Salisbury.You responded to our questions and took all the pressure off us by dealing with the hotels directly.Another 5 stars for the hotel choices you found for us.The location of The Rose and Crown was perfect for all we needed and wanted to do in Salisbury.You found us a very good deal with breakfast and dinner both nights included in the price, as well as a packed lunch!Although the hotel's decor was tired in places, its situation next to the river was very relaxing and especially enjoyable with the warm September weather.Our room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.Thank you Lucciola, we were very happy with our experience of booking with you and will definitely be asking for your help again with planning our trip to Tuscany.Best wishes, Jane

The service provided by Lucciola was simply the best. Rebecca was extremely professional throughout - from the initial quote to checking in with me whilst at the hotel. She listened to everything I wanted the hotel to provide including spa treatments, dinner reservations and having access to robes during our stay. Every need was catered for, and we even had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room upon arrival which was a lovely surprise after a long journey.Thank you so much for making the booking process so much more enjoyable. I will most definitely book using this service again...hopefully to go somewhere a little more exotic next time!

Lucciola arranged a beautiful holiday for us both to Lake Como back in May.
