Excellent customer service, so kind and tried their best to accommodate to my needs. Tried my lengha on, Iqra was amazing and made me feel comfortable especially as a niqabi. Also went out their way to match hijab to my lengha when I was struggling to find the colour which was quite last minute. Jazak’Allah Khair, May Allah put barakah in ur business ameen. Ordered my baraat bridal outfit from this store and my mehndi bridal. Clothes came on time and iqra kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very happy with the service and my clothes were beautiful. I will definitely be visiting back for more outfits and would really advise everyone to shop at sahibs. Thank you very much !!!

Amazing service from start to finish! I got both my baraat and walima dresses from here and was not disappointed at all! Staff were so friendly and attentive. Communication was great, updates on my bridals whenever asked, and delivery was within the given time frame. Outfits came exactly how I wanted. Iqra was great from start to end! Would definitely recommend

Customer service and attitude of both iqrah and the owner is disgusting.Paid over £1600 for 3 party wear outfits which were not even worth the kaam. Outfits needed alterations when went back to collect my mom asked for 3 bags for the 3 outfits (kameez and palazzo trousers x 3 each), iqrah barked at her 'you were given bags last time (for the dupatte) I will put them all in one bag! It's the audacity when someone has had paid £1600 for outfits you are crying over 10p bags! Fix up your attitude and customer service.

We ordered Baraat and Mehndi outfits from Sahib Bridals and their sister shop Sahib Boutique. They arrived on time as promised and we went to collect them today - the clothes were absolutely stunning and exactly how my sisters and I imagined them to be! My sister’s bridal Mehndi outfit went above expectations; it was gorgeous and they nailed all the changes we had requested from the original when we went to order the outfits. Iqra gave us an exceptional service and we would highly recommend their services for wedding outfits.

My family and I came across this store after a long day of shopping and we were amazed with the selection of beautiful and unique outfits that Sahib Bridals had to offer. After looking around, we decided to order three outfits, one of which was entirely customised to suit my mum's taste. We received our outfits yesterday and they are stunning beyond our expectations. The outfits were all reasonably priced for the amount of work and detail that has gone into them and we couldn't be any more pleased with the end result. Moreover, the customer service was incredible from start to finish. The owners were kind, attentive and quick to respond to any enquiries we had. I could not recommend Sahib Bridals enough and we will definitely be back again!

We ordered 1 bridal and 2 party outfits from here - they all turned out beautiful and arrived on time! We originally went on a Saturday which was extremely busy, however Iqra was very professional throughout and ensured that each customer was given due attention. She was very helpful throughout the whole process! Would highly recommend!

I found Sahib Bridals by chance. Iqra was extremely welcoming and answered all of my questions. I ordered two outfits which was fully customised to my taste. When they arrived in the agreed time frame, I was blown away by how great they were that I ordered a further one outfit which was delivered to me in a quick turnaround. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Awful customer service and the disgraceful attitude from the owner and Iqra every time we went to the shop. Both very rude. You really should learn some manners and learn how to talk to people. Outfits were very poor quality and cheap - had no choice but to take them as the wedding was soon. My friend also told me this was the case for her clothes for her brother’s wedding. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and don’t bother wasting your money at this store, go elsewhere. Never met such rude people in my life and experienced such atrocious customer service.
