Decent Next reasonable size with various stores sharing the space

It's a Next. And quite a big one I guess. Can't help feeling that Next has moved closer and closer to M&S territory in the last 30 years ...... but one facet of that movement is a comprehensive range of mens and ladies clothing and a range of homewares that's also pretty broad.

5 star service throughout. Tyler went above and beyond and is definitely an asset to Next. He needs to be recognised within and promoted even higher. He turned a long winded stressful situation of find the perfect attire into a pleasant quick effortless experience. Major asset to any major firm no doubt. Why when you select in store collection, do the parcels show up half way through the day. Especially on a sunday with reduced trade hours. It would be most beneficial to customers if the parcels were available in store at the beginning of trade as i was planning to collect early as i have work.

I have been next just before work trying to buy a pair of black shoes for work.I pick one pair up, with a lots of dusts, also without the price tag on. And go to ask for another one without dust. They said you need a brush and you can do it yourself at home, because we don't have any more in sock. I said i need to wear to work now, i don't have a brush. And they used a cloth trying to get the dust off, this just made them look use, more dust went on the shoes.They ask me do I still want them or not. I said no. I walked away. Then I can hear they were talk about it wasn't they problem it was the shop working to made them like this.Can I say, would you clean your shoes up before you put them on the shelf, please?Very rubbish shop!!!!

For some reason you can't collect online orders from this store anymore. I placed an order today and could only get it delivered to one of the Poole stores. I tried several attempts but the Next website kept saying no stores in Bournemouth! Anyone know why?
