Initially very impressed, someone arrived within an hour or so of me calling Keytek and the problem was quickly diagnosed.Unfortunately the engineer didn’t have the correct part on his van but did have one that would make the house secure till he could get us the proper part.Up till this point I was very happy with the service, I wasn’t home when he came back to fit the proper mechanism, and when I got home I found out we had been charged for the second visit even though the company advertise as having fully stocked vans and the man was at our house less than half an hour on both occasions.
