Having suffered from Eczema my entire life I had exhausted all avenues in regards with finding a suitable treatment. Knowing there is no cure is disheartening in itself, but finding a solution to calm the symptoms is a never ending journey.Having been told about the positive effects of Naturopathy, I contacted Kirsty with a sceptical mind. After the first meeting I must admit the scepticism was very much in play, however I followed the advice along with the lifestyle changes she advised upon. After only the second meeting I started to notice a significant change in not only my skin, but other factors such as sleep and metabolism. By the time of our fourth and final meet (approximately 3 months from the first meeting) my symptoms had almost disappeared!However, even though I was feeling much better I still had the annoying feeling that my symptoms would return, as they always have done!Fast forward 6 months (hence the delayed review) and I have never felt better. Having suffered eczema from the age of 6 months, and now aged 30 my skin is the healthiest it has ever been, it's almost unbelievable!People will often say that luck is on my side which is why my eczema has finally disappeared, but i disagree with this. No doubt a lot of this is down to me having a very strong mentality; knowing that i could get through this, but i sincerely believe without the help and support of Kirsty i could never achieve the health i am experiencing right now. She taught me that Natural remedies are far better than the commercial treatments and 'medications' emphasised on a daily basis. We fail to realise how important our own mindset is and how important this is to our overall health and wellbeing.You changed my lie Kirsty for which i thank you with my whole heart!

I am so happy and grateful to have found Kirsty. I have come such a long way since I first contacted her in a total state, 5 months ago.
