Celebration Balloons

I am so impressed with the level of customer service and the end product! I left it very last minute to organise some birthday balloons for my mums 70th birthday and Dave was brilliant and delivered straight to my mum this morning! My mum was delighted with the balloons! Thank you for doing this at such short notice! You made her day!

Could have bought a balloon bag in Tesco which would’ve been more effective and longer lasting. Very disappointing- never had ‘helium’ balloons last for less than 24 hours - this is £40 worth of ‘helium’ balloons.Offered to bring them back in, out of my own day, to have them refilled - but moments gone, the disappointment is already there, and the customer resolution was unsatisfactory. A mention that the average time of the helium balloons is 12 hours? Yet conveniently no mention of this at sale.Bought some last year for half the cost & they lasted around 2-3 weeks! Definitely do not recommend buying from here, was embarrassed that the occasion they were for fell short because of this.

David you are truly the best!You saved our wedding evening entertainment….We were let down by a company that went bust 3 days before our wedding! I rang David and he was so kind and pulled out all the stops to get us a photo booth david was already doing Casio tables for us plus balloons and chair sash’s. David put us first and is so kind I can’t put into words what an amazing person he is …..The photo booth and Casio tables all the guests loved and our grandson still can’t believe we have money with our photo on it!We had a lovely photo album at the end of the night with everyone’s photos in it and money for our memories of the eveningI would highly recommend david and his team and would not go anywhere elseI will definitely be using Celebrity Balloons again and alwaysThank you for making our wedding so special and the best
