I attended a weekend plastering course with James and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a handle on the basics of plastering. I’m a decorator by trade and just wanted a better insight into the walls I frequently have to paint and also to be able to skim and repair the walls in my own house. I came away feeling confident to tackle a wall or a small ceiling and really enjoyed the actual course itself. It’s fun informative and heavily practically based. I never felt rushed and all questions I had were answered with immense patience and in depth explanations.

I highly recommend this family run local business and I am very pleased with the plastering of my cranky old house that James has done for me. The work is to a very high standard, he is very punctual and also very tidy when he has finished. A lovely chap too! Jamie turned up on time and did a brilliant job plastering round our new patio doors. Inside and out. He was polite, friendly and left the place absolutely spotless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I did the weekend plastering training course. The course was very good, showing you how to use a range of tools for small plastering projects. James was very patient with us and shows you how to do it instead of just telling you.

I'm a frequent Novice DIYer, I got onto James 2 day plastering course this weekend and had such a good time.James starts right at the beginning he's demonstrations and explanation was pitched at a level easy to understand. he'll watch you and then try adapt the skill that could be most fitting for you without changing the principle of the skill.James was very patient even when you are probably in a bit of a stress.100% would recommend this man!!I genuinely now feel more confident about doing my own walls and know that he is just a phone call away if I need some advice

Myself and my apprentice recently done a weekend plastering course with James, right from the beginning James couldn't have been more helpful and even after we had finished still offers help and support. The course was great value for money, James was very patient and clear with his training and made it seem very easy, we came away with confidence to plaster a good sized area after having little to no experience of doing plastering before. I would definitely recommend this course.
