Monnow Mowers took over servicing of my ride-on mower 2 years ago, firstly to replace a part that the previous servicing company had replaced 4 or 5 times, but kept failing. The part has not failed since Mpnnow Mowers replaced it. My mower was old and second (or third!) hand when I bought it, and whenever it has gone wrong Monnow Mowers have been quick to collect and repair or repair on site. The charges have been very reasonable. Finally, since I decided to replace that old mower (nearly 15yrs old), Monnow Mowers managed to get me a brand new one at very close to cost price, and found a buyer for my old machine for about £1000 more than a trade in offer I had received elsewhere. Highly recommended.

We have always received a great service from Monnow Mowers and Jason is pretty good at offering his advice on particular items of garden machinery. In fact I purchased a new chainsaw from him a few weeks ago which cuts superbly and runs well.I had previously bought a cheap chainsaw off eBay which turned out to be a bad move as it gave up the ghost after four cutting sessions. Hence the old motto I suppose.......'buy cheap buy twice'............lesson learned for me.
