Great service from Graphics Direct. I sent an email enquiry regarding a price for an item they were selling and I was called back very promptly. My question was answered straight away and I was happy to place the order which has now arrived as promised!

Used a few times and was always content. But it's true that you measure a company by its level of service and you only see that when it goes wrong, rather than using this as an opportunity to prove I had made the right choice by using GraphicsDirect I was told that a discount code wouldn't be applied post as I'd already received a discount on the pens. I was lied to, the code does work and I'd have received it if id seen the code a few hours before. Very poor customer service and shopping experience.I won't use again, I don't enjoy arguing to receive what they are offering and I certainly don't enjoy being lied to.Needless to say I won't be using them again, plenty of other shops out there. (edit)No I used the loyalty points, the discount code appeared on my Instagram feed minutes later and if you had actually read the correspondence this would be apparent. I was lied to and not felt like I was lied to, big difference. I was told the discount code wouldn't have worked on the pens as they was already on offer, however a simple test proved they did.

Ordered on line , forgot to include some items, rang next morning, no problem, items added. Package tracked and arrived at the time promised.Great service, thank you.

Terrible experience from this seller.Did not receive my order, asked for refund... after various emails, refund given minus shipping costs. Sellers ineptitude in regards to shipping caused this issue!! Joke of a company
