This was the nicest place I've ever used for practice. The man from reception was really lovely showing me around, the room was really nice, tidy, clean and new. It was really well sound proofed but the sound wasn't dry that you wouldn't hear yourself properly. Also they have a lovely kitchen where you can make yourself some tea or coffee. Had a really lovely experience which was perfect just before my audition.

I use the practice rooms at Bechstein regularly as a recent opera singer graduate and they are fab. Very clean, well priced, good for recordings if needed. The communal kitchen area is great too and offers free tea/coffee facilities. There's also a large table to do some admin work etc. Lovely staff.

They have nice interior design in the show room, the practice studio are neat and tidy with self-served coffee and tea of your choice! A good practice studio to come!

A great experience, Lottie provided us with exceptional customer service throughout the process of buying the piano. She guided us with her knowledge and listened to what we were looking for in a piano. We love our new piano and feel exceptionally lucky to have bought a Bechstein piano. Lottie did exactly what she said she would do and made sure we were communicated with at every stage of the process. We are very pleased we decided to buy our piano from Bechstein Centre Manchester and to have built a strong professional relationship with Lottie and Keith. The practice studios are a great addition and make you feel like part of the fabric of the centre. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff timely responded to my inquiries. The showroom is like a contemporary piano museum, with a great selection of pianos. The practice room is easy to book, and have both upright and grand piano to choose. It’s my first time to play on a C. Bechstein and immediately I was in love with its tone and action. Definitely recommend!

Great range of pianos. I used the studios (studio 1) for practise while I was in Manchester for a week. I went three times for one hourThe staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Pianos were clean and the practise studios were neat.I was offered to use a hand sanitiser, a great washroom, warm beverages (coffee/tea), drinkable water, and adjustable lightning conditions in the room which was installed with sound absorbing boards.Absolutely brilliant experience.

If you're a pianist looking for a practice, rehearsal, or teaching space book this place now!Easy online bookings, reasonable rates, adjustable benches, air conditioning, mirrors, wifi, sound isolation, a small lounge with coffee/tea, bathrooms, and of course amazing pianos.As for sound isolation, I could just barely make out someone playing Brahms Op 118 in one of the other studios before I closed the door. Otherwise it was truly isolated.Friendly staff and I suspect they would be great to work with for piano buying or renting.I only wish there were one of these in other cities! Thank you Bechstein CM

A really lovely place to play and practice. Soundproof, comfortable rooms with lovely acoustics, as well as light and temperature adjustment features. The piano itself is incredible but that goes without saying. Staff were friendly and approachable, I didn’t use the kitchen facilities but was pleasantly surprised to be offered hot drinks and water during my slot.
