Great business to deal with informative and communicative. Responded rapidly to any queries, job done on time, very efficient and price was reasonable.

Carefully assessed the work to be done and promptly quoted.Agreed dates for the work to be done and came when they said.Carried out the work exactly as agreed.Team was organised and hard working.Tidied up well once the work was completed.I was particularly impressed with the stump removal and the care taken to make sure I was happy with the finished shape of the trimmed trees.Cost seemed high until I saw how many workers were in the team, what work was actually involved, how much wood had to be disposed of and the amount of equipment involved.I was completely satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had 10 quite large trees on our boundary with a minor road. Too big for us to cope with - these wonderful people came with all their amazing machinery and after a day's hard work - they were down. A very professional team, obviously dedicated to the work in hand, and everywhere left tidy. All logs cut to manageable lengths, stacked in a tidy manner ready for us to cut for winter fuel. Would have no hesitation in recommending Epic for any job - however small or large

This is the second year where Epic Tree Care has trimmed our huge leylandii hedge and have done several other jobs I had asked for. They arrived on time and cleared up all the mess before leaving. I needed a 5 yearly pruning of my extensive trees and removal of 1 fir and 2 dead beech. I contacted Arborist Direct and they put me in touch with Epic Tree Care their agent for Aberdeenshire. Elaine came to view the trees and given her advice which was very helpful. The quote was a little higher than expected but the tree work was carried out excellently on the dates advised. The team leader George was very customer facing and helpful. The results were well worth the cost. A very professional service. I will use Epic again.If elsewhere in Scotland I will certainly contact Arborist Direct to see who their local agent is.

Everything about my experience with Epic Tree Care was handled expertly. From my first phone call enquiry to completion of the task I was kept well informed and felt confident about the whole procedure. All my questions were promptly answered and nothing was a bother to them.The team arrived as planned and carried out the work with great care and attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and polite and again they were willing to discuss any questions I had. The work was carried out in the time given to me and the garden was left tidy with no debris at all. My trees were pruned and left looking really ready for next year’s growth. All the branches etc were mulched on site and taken away.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I know that i will use them again in the future.
