Turpie’s were one of three agents I called to discuss the sale of my home. They stood head and shoulders above the others and when the time came to sell our home I had no hesitation in calling them. From the outset I felt supported in this decision and I wasn’t ever in any doubt of there being a sale. We were given daily updates, supported viewings, a polished brochure with bespoke wording that reflected all of the attributes of our home. The photographs were outstanding and the service we received from Natasha on the viewing feedback and negotiation of our sale was superb. Every contact from or with the office was welcome and warm. We felt we had a very personal connection with the company and we would highly recommend them. Finally a word to thank Gillian Greenwell in particular she got the emotional side of this sale entirely and I wholly appreciate her insight that helped get me to this place. No pressure from Gillian helped this sale go ahead. Brilliant service all round.

Professional, but so down to earth, she kept us fully informed of every step of the process.Particularly liked the clients' portal which showed dates/times of viewings (we weren't required to be there), feedback from potential buyers, any offers made, and, finally, the sale. Wish we'd read the negative reviews here before signing with Turpie.You must be aware of all their terms and conditions before signing a selling contract as we weren't provided with any copy contract at the time of signing (as I see others have noted). Turpie will pursue you for a full selling fee once you agree to an offer, whether it falls through or not, regardless of circumstances.We felt they were more interested in just getting you to accept an offer rather than trying to maximise any amount for your house as once you agree to an offer their money is as good as banked and the contact just drops off.My first, and thankfully last, experience with this company.

From initial contact, valuation, follow up viewings then sale (quick & above expectations), communication was first class & consistent throughout process from multiple members of staff.
