friendly staff, change for machines is provided. I had two full ikea bags and they fit in the big machine£4.60 for small machine£5.60 for medium£6.60 for largedryer was £1 for 10 min

£80 for 4 bags for Laundry Service.Ridiculously expensive.

I come from Miami and London is known for its service, but these people don't have manners at all. Also, the stations where they work are disgusting and lack hygiene. Your clothes may not be safe if you have a white piece with them. Everything is dirty. I suggest trying the other dry cleaner just across the street (Silks dry cleaner). I had to come here to Castle Dry Cleaner because the other Silks dry cleaner on the other side was closed, but the service there and the cleanliness of the place are like night and day compared to Castle Dry Cleaner and the same price.When you ask for a receipt, they shouldn't question why. By law, if you are paying, they should provide you with a receipt. 'Why' is not an appropriate response.Before leaving your clothes there, my advice is to go and inspect the workstations. It's essential to check the cleanliness and conditions of where they handle your garments.

walking distance from home and they can take care of everything. Or you can do your own thing with the automatic machines. Not too helpful at first , but if you are patient and they understand what you need, you are in safe hands.

Shrank a dry-clean only dress. Very disappointing. Staff were unhelpful, denied everything, didn’t offer any help or suggestions. Dress no longer able to be worn sadly.
