Very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed that a cost based on the emptying of a septic tank was increased due to the apparent additional time required on site. When queried, the response was that the driver had to walk the site to make sure the tanker would not get stuck. A fair comment if they had not serviced the site on at least 6 previous occasions and if the ground was not obviously like concrete from the lack of rain.

Booked a regular septic tank emptying on the ‘phone, received a quotation by email. Same price as last two years. Confirmed acceptance and arranged date and time for the work. Tanker arrived on time. All done and dusted within 40 minutes. Proper Job!

Do not use this company they offer an extremely poor service, fo not do what you are paying them for and then unbelievably blame you for not asking for the right thing.Ordered an empty, they turned to but did not empty all the areas as they didn’t have the right equipment. We then ask them to service the equipment at a gist of £220. They turn up for 10 minutes, fo not clean or check everything but take pictures of the chambers showing it has not been properly emptied! List for words and £370 later and no further forward. We have asked them to come back and empty it properly at a reduced price and they have refused. Avoid these cowboys who are rude and unhelpful!

CountyClean came to do my sewage system empty and service last week and from the first phone call their team were prompt, professional and efficient. They emptied the tank thoroughly, leaving no mess behind. High recommend their exceptional service!

I’d highly recommend you AVOID this company, there is good reason why their availability is far quicker than their competitors, they are scammers. They will take your money up front and find any excuse not not commit to the service. We will now be taking them to small claims court, don’t make the same mistake with this company as we did.

daylight robbery. £165 to not have sewage collected...!!Good morningFurther to our telephone conversation Friday morning and having seen the picture of the over hanging trees, we are supportive of Shawn’s decision in not being able to complete the sewage collection.At the time of the booking, you specifically asked for Andy and I informed you that although Andy had attended many times before, I was unable to confirm that the job would definitely be scheduled to Andy but that I would put the request forward which I did. Our Transport Team schedule the jobs geographically so we cannot guarantee the driver, only the size of the vehicle which is required.The vehicle that Shawn was driving is identical to the vehicle that Andy drives and Andy has in fact come to you in that vehicle on a previous occasion so it is probable that Andy couldn’t have completed the job either.In any event, we would recommend that the trees are cut down and we can re-attend but this would be at an additional cost of £165. Again, there is no guarantee as to who the driver will be.

Read the T&Cs very carefully before booking with County Clean Group! They were unable to fit their large waste truck through our gate and charged us 100% of the cost despite not providing the services paid for. We requested they retry with a smaller waste truck but they declined to do so. Alternative waste companies have been able to access the property with no issues.After making a number of calls to them and asking to speak with a manager, a very small % of the cost was refunded. I will not be using them in future.Updating based on County Clean’s response: I did contact them directly a number of times stating that being charged 100% of the cost (£180) was completely unreasonable. This is how I eventually managed to get £60 refunded. I still had to pay £120 for no waste to be collected. I feel it only right provide a review, to ensure prospective customers are aware of this risk. Given there are a number of previous reviews with similar feedback, I recommend you review your pre-visit procedure.
